  • All junk cases are handmade and made to order.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for processing before shipment.
  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

💕Custom Orders

Each junk case is uniquely handmade with charms and embellishments.

Because of the custom nature:

  • Charm placement may slightly vary
  • Colors may appear slightly different in photos
  • Since you’re not basic no two cases will ever be exactly alike
  • Once approved, custom designs cannot be changed

💌Shipping

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

The Total Junkie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

✨ Exception:

If you notice your address is wrong, you must contact us immediately at store@thetotaljunkie.com before a tracking number has been sent.

Once a tracking number has been issued:

  • We are unable to make changes
  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages
  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for incorrect addresses

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

 

  • You will be responsible for the new shipping fee to resend it.

We recommend carefully reviewing your shipping details before submitting your order to avoid delays or delivery issues.

🛑Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:

  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your item arrives damaged (must contact within 24 hours with photo proof)

  • Avoid excessive dropping
  • Do not expose to extreme heat
  • Keep away from water
  • Small charms may pose a choking hazard (keep away from small children)
